Please note: That since we have a lot of events coming up over the school terms, these calendars may take a while to load so please be patient. Thank you
The Dromana College Sailing Program is designed to develop student’s skills in the sport of sailing with a real focus on teamwork and student leadership. Students will be involved in both an on and off water coaching program run by an accredited Yachting Victoria Coach. The students will race as part of an eight member team in pacer dinghies. They will compete at various regattas held during the 2016/2017 sailing season.
Previous Experience: The program involves a format of racing that has its own unique set of tactics, so it is important that students enrolling in this program have either previous fleet racing experience or participated in the Dromana College’s Sailing Intensive Program held during activities week the previous year.
$100.00 for students who can only participate in the 2017 season
$150.00 for students enrolling in the 2016/2017 season
